CHRISTMAS MINI

TWO INDOOR SETUPS FOR CHILDREN ONLY WITH POSSIBILITY OF A 3RD AND 4TH OUTDOOR SETUP INCLUDING FAMILY. You are booking this session for the two indoor child only setups, the two extra outdoor setups are just that, extra, and will only be available 1. weather permitting 2. once the indoor setups have been finished and if there is extra time remaining.

1st setup - Setup is shown in image with a couple of slight tweaks and includes tree backdrop, lights, real barnwood floor, Christmas sign, skates, tree's and mini plaid presents. Setup is perfect for 1-2 small children and possibly a 3rd child.

2nd setup - Check your email for photo. This will be a canvas gray backdrop with a creamy white wood flooring, faux fur stockings and presents and throw with large starry twinkle snowflakes. Setup is perfect for 1-2 small children and possibly a 3rd child.

3rd setup - Birchood teepee with greenery and jingle bells. This setup is perfect for 1 small child only. This setup is outdoors and weather permitting only and can be done one the indoor set up is finished IF there is time remaining which will depend on cooperation of child.

4th setup - Rustic/Vintage Family Setup - This setup will have red/silver vintage Christmas bulbs decorated on pine tree's, a vintage wagon or ladder, and greenery and a faux throw. This setup is weather permitting and will not be available in the event of rain. In the event of rain I will be able to do a family setup indoors on the canvas gray backdrop but please note that a family photo on this drop will not be AS christmasy as this is is meant to be a sitting drop for kids so the backdrop for a family would be standing only and would only include the canvas gray drop and possibly the snowflake lights. Don't book this session solely on family as these Christmas MINI's are designed for children indoors the extra setup outdoors is simply that, extra, and solely based on weather. This setup is outdoors and weather permitting only and can be done one the indoor set up is finished IF there is time remaining which will depend on cooperation of child and IF the weather is good which will depend on cooperation of child.

1. The retainer is nonrefundable in the event the Client cancels or changes the engagement.
2. If Bare Baby Photography fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the retainer shall be refunded to the Client.
3.If Bare Baby Photography voluntarily reschedules the session date due to circumstances beyond Bare Baby Photography's control (i.e. illness, death, unavoidable weather events), and the client also agrees, the retainer remains non-refundable but transferrable.
4. Please arrive on time. A specified time is given for each session. Arriving late may mean your session will be shorter, Arrival time instructions will be provided prior to your session. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late than their scheduled start time without contacting Bare Baby Photography prior to scheduled session time forfeit their spot and therefore forfeit their retainer.
5. 6 Digital High Resolution images from the session will be provided within 28 days of the session.
6.Bare Baby Photography retains copyright to any and all photographs, and hereby grants the Client private printing rights for personal use only.
7.At such time thatBare Baby Photography provides the Client with a digital gallery to download images, Bare Baby Photography's contractual obligation is fulfilled. Refunds are prohibited and reshoots will be at the discretion of Bare Baby Photography.
8. Client understands and acknowledges that post-session sneak peeks posted to any social media outlet are a courtesy. They are not to be re-edited. Client may opt to not have sneak peeks posted to social media, and must make Bare Baby Photography aware of this prior to the end of the session.

By signing/ authorizing / purchasing this Portrait Session Agreement the Client is certifying that he/she has had an opportunity to review the Agreement and understands and agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein.
